U.S. SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after an order is processed. Orders above $100 qualify for free standard shipping; otherwise the shipping charge is shown before payment. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
30-DAY WEAR TEST
Your 30-day period begins on the delivery date. Try the shoes on the surfaces you normally use. If the fit or ride is not right, request a return within 30 days. Returned shoes must include the original box and should not show damage beyond reasonable trial wear.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Your first size exchange for each pair is free within the contiguous United States, subject to inventory. If the replacement size is unavailable, the return will be handled under the 30-day wear-test policy.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned pair is inspected. Your bank may need additional business days to post the credit. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
